1. Device is offline, it will reconnect automatically. If it is offline for more than 24 hours, please power off the device and reconnect.
2. If still can not reconnect, please reconfigure WiFi again, go to camera Settings > general > WiFi settings > start offline setup. After hearing cheerful music, device will be online again.
3. Camera will reconnect to wifi automatically even you are not nearby the camera and unable to do solution 1&2, please kindly wait the camera back to be online.
Notes:
1.Unsteady wifi signal will cause camera go offline frequently. To validate, you can also check in the setting - wifi analysis.
If wifi signal is weak, we highly suggest for you to move device closer to have a stronger signal strength or change to another device with a stronger 2.4G wifi signal or add a WiFi extender.
2.Please check if your router linked too many devices, camera can not work properly if the router is overload
3.Please check if there are any microwaves, large metal objects, too many walls in between the camera and router. You can also try rebooting the router to clear up the network.

Ma caméra réf 203493011702018 modèle Netvue logiciel 1735.
C'est déconnecter comme souvent, mais aujourd'hui elle ne reconnaît plus le WiFi, elle me dit code erreur 2 à la lecture du QR code. Procédure faite avec la caméra auprès du routeur.
J'ai 2 caméras identiques pas de problème avec sa sœur.
