1. Please reboot your device, it will reconnect to wifi automatically.
2. If still can not reconnect, please reconfigure WiFi, go to device Settings > general > WiFi settings > start offline setup.
After hearing cheerful music, device will be online again.
Notes: Unsteady wifi signal will cause camera go offline frequently. To validate, you can also check in the setting - wifi analysis.
If wifi signal is weak, we highly suggest for you to move device closer to have a stronger signal strength or change to another device with a stronger 2.4G wifi signal or add a WiFi extender.
