Recently, we’ve received reports that when upgrading device firmware to the newest 1285 version, the upgrading process would be stuck at 99%, not being able to move forward. This happened on some Vigil cameras with device ID beginning with 2034.
To solve this, what you need to do is just cut off the device power, and get it back to power again, then the device will automatically finish the upgrading process.
