    Dear Anna,  I have sent screen shots three times about this inop camera.  This is a vigil 2 and it will not stay on line and most of the time it displays wide horizontal lines. please send me a return label so I can return this camera for a full refund.

    I have to reset the cameras every 3 weeks, never works, the router is 2m away and the cameras loose signal, cheap Chinese crap, useless and clueless customer service
