1. Please reboot your device, it will reconnect to wifi automatically.
2. If still can not reconnect, please reconfigure WiFi, go to device Settings > general > WiFi settings > start offline setup.
After hearing cheerful music, device will be online again.
1.Unsteady wifi signal will cause camera go offline frequently. To validate, you can also check in the setting - wifi analysis.
If wifi signal is weak, we highly suggest for you to move device closer to have a stronger signal strength or change to another device with a stronger 2.4G wifi signal or add a WiFi extender.
2.Please check if your router linked too many devices, camera can not work properly if the router is overload
3.Please check if there are any microwaves, large metal objects, too many walls in between the camera and router. You can also try rebooting the router to clear up the network.
