There may be the following reasons：
1. The device has no power at that time;
2. No SD card / SD card failure at that time;
3. The SD card has limited capacity and the video was overwritten. After micro SD card is full, the latest video will overwrite the earliest video;
4. Failed to load, you can refresh (select time again) and retry.
Solution: please change a high-quality card or choose our cloud service which is more stable.

There is a known firmware issue with release 1327 that makes the SD card unusable. A new release to fix the problem is reported to be in the works.
When is this release due out? When I format my card it just dumps 27GB of exécutable files onto my sd card then refuses to record events. I have three Netvue cameras, all have the same SD card. Just one has this issue.
Ho cambiato ben due schede SD, entrambe di marca, ma il dispositivo, dopo qualche ora dalla formattazione non registra più e mi chiede di riformattare la scheda di memoria. E' certamente un difetto della telecamera visto che sugli altri in mio possesso non accade.
