Your phone may not be able to decode video in H264+ format, so you cannot play it. Please contact the device owner to switch the device to H264 mode.
To switch to H264 mode：
1.Go to Netvue App > Settings > General > Clearer Picture Quality > Disable
2. Choose "Switch to H264" in the subsequent pop-up box. Then the device will restart, please wait patiently.
After restarting, shared users can watch the video normally.
